I can't check my e-mail. What do I do?

  1. Are you able to successfully log in to the SAA web site home page at, and able to successfully access other password-protected services on the SAA web site such as the Alumni Directory or the Stanford Career Network?
  2. If NO, please obtain help with the site login.
  3. If YES, please note the full, exact text of the error message you receive and contact Customer Service.
