Explore Egypt’s historical and cultural riches with exclusive tours of its temples, tombs, mystifying pyramids and great cities, including sites not open to the public. 

Comparative culture. Under the tutelage of faculty leader Ed Steidle, examine one of the oldest civilizations on earth and consider its impact on North Africa, the Middle East and Western Europe. The secrets of King Tut. View the largest collection of Pharaonic antiquities in the world, including the tomb of the boy pharaoh Tutankhamun, as well as other millennia-old treasures. Sail the Nile. Take a seven-night cruise aboard the elegant riverboat Nile Adventurer, visiting Luxor, Aswan and the Valley of the Kings. Cairo up close. Dine at a private home and talk with locals about the changes their lives have undergone since the Arab Spring of 2011.
