In this one-hour workshop, you will experience creative approaches to achieving mindfulness—or the state of being fully present in the moment—and leave with tools that you can use on your own.

In the first half hour, Marilyn McLaughlin will facilitate mindfulness through rhythm-inspired movement. In the second half hour, Julia Vishnepolsky will facilitate mindfulness through nature-inspired movement.

Note: Being outdoors is not required to attend this workshop. You can participate using an indoor plant, a picture, or even your imagination.
