Here are instructions on how to join the Zoom event: 

If you haven't already, download Zoom. Go to https://zoom.us/download to download the free Zoom app to your computer, tablet, smartphone, or all three. We recommend you download Zoom now and get used to it a bit before the event.

Join the Zoom event. Prior to the start time for the event, join from a PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android, by clicking on the Zoom link provided.

-If you have already participated in a Zoom meeting before, you should be entered into the class once you provide any required ID number or password.

-If you have not, your computer will automatically download the plug-in on your device or prompt you to download the app.

Join the audio using your computer or Internet audio. You will need to do this to hear what’s being said and music played during class.

Join the video by allowing Zoom to access your camera or webcam. (This will allow others to see you, which is what makes these Zoom sessions so interactive. You can always turn off your video if you like, and turn it back on later.)
