The Stanford Women’s Network-New York invites you to a virtual event on “How She (re)built this! - our series on how women entrepreneurs and leaders have adapted their business models in uncertain times. 

Nadia Genevieve Masri is a 4-time founder, Forbes 30 Under 30 headliner, and the CEO & Founder of Perksy. With a fresh take on understanding the habits, behaviors, and preferences of Gen Y & Z consumers, Nadia is redefining market research for the mobile generation by making feedback the favorite form of engagement.Prior to Perksy, Nadia founded 3 other companies before studying psychology and marketing at Harvard, which she left early to build Perksy. Nadia is passionate about product innovation, design, and neuroscience.

GingerBread Capital invests in the next generation of women founders and entrepreneurs leading high-growth businesses. Gingerbread helps women gain access to the knowledge, networks and capital they need to build and scale successful enterprises, and we encourage other women to do the same.

Joanna Maryewska (Class of 2016) is the Prinicpal at SAP.iO responsible for investments in early-stage enterprise software startups. Previously, Joanna was the Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer & Transformation of SAP. Before joining SAP, Joanna worked with B2B startups at various stages in the Silicon Valley and spent 5 years at McKinsey & Co, where she advised customers in consumer, retail and fashion.

 

This program is part of SWN–NY’s Investing x Women Initiative to build a Stanford community in New York of those who are committed to investing in, by, and for women. In 2020, the initiative’s focus is on challenges and opportunities for women in investing and entrepreneurship.
