Join Stanford alum, Roger Hill (BS '73, Mathematics, MA '74) and his wife for a virtual journey to the most remote continent on earth. Their 18 day trip from Ushaiha to the Falkland Islands, South Georgia, and Antarctic Peninsula encountered 7 species of penguins, many whales, elephants seals and the largest seabird in the world, the wandering albatross. Learn of the great explorer Ernest Shackelton's epic voyage of survival aboard his vessel Endurance. And, of course, it is all about the ice and massive icebergs. Come and experience the highest, driest, windiest place on earth in the comfort of your home!
