Registration Period:
Ms. Juliana Prather

In this informative workshop, Malika Williams (BA '06), founder of The Center for Women’s Voice, will share her experience coaching women to navigate communication through stressful environments, misunderstandings, microaggressions and #MeTooMoments.  She will delve into how these issues can shake your confidence or, even worse, derail you from your goals. While awareness of unconscious bias and deliberate aggression is at an all-time high, skills to actually process, stay focused and speak up about these matters are needed more than ever. Malika will lead participants through her BREATHE Method and teach participants how to apply it to their own lives. Participants will leave the workshop with practical tools they can use in any situation to connect to their values and shift the way they experience difficult conversations.
