Please join us as we discuss these issues with Prof. David Adelman '93 PhD, '96 JD from University of Texas at Austin Law School, Prof. Victor Flatt from University of Houston Law School, and Dr. Dwan Milam-Reed, author of Flood Survival: the Complete Guide on What to Do Before, During, and After a Storm and Harvey survivor.
