Monday, April 29 Chamber Music Society of Salt Lake City concludes its season with Vadim Gluzman, Violin and Angela Yoffe, Piano

5:45 pm Indochine Vietnamese Bistro for a no-host dinner (230 S 1300 E)

7:15 pm a Stanford Board member with tickets will meet guests just outside the interior entrance to Libby Gardner Hall, open seating

Universally recognized among today’s top performing artists, Ukrainian-Israeli violinist Vadim Gluzman brings to life the glorious violinistic tradition of the 19th and 20th centuries. Riga-born and Tel Aviv-based, Angela Yoffe is one of the most compelling and radiant pianists to watch; you can hardly take your eyes off her vivid expressions even when Gluzman's rich sound and perfectly intoned phrasing are beyond belief.
