Ms. Christiana Shi

Join us to hear Professor Bill Durham (Bing Professor of Human Biology, emeritus, and of Anthropology) as he speaks about the Galapagos and his research there. A unique constellation of features gives the Galapagos what Darwin called an “astonishing amount of creative force.” It’s produced the world’s only flightless cormorant, marine iguana, nocturnal gull and very special forests of daisies 60 feet high.

We’ll start with a wine and cheese reception at 5:30, then Prof. Durham will speak at 6:30, with time for questions and answers following.

NOTE:  this event is full.  If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please contact Christiana Shi at, and we will contact you if a spot becomes available.
