Gary Farner

Stanford Alum Gary Farner will lead a presentation and discussion about climate change focusing on 3 issues:  Do we have to change?  Can we change?  Do we have the will to change?

Gary will present current data on climate change, geographic maps of expected water levels, as well as photos and videos of extreme client events.  He will provide material on renewable energy and the role it can play, and describe specific actions we can take to help support our environment and future generations.

Gary is a locally-based climate advocate who was personally trained by Al Gore and his Climate Reality Project.  He will primarily present an updated and abbreviated version of the now famous slideshows and material that Al Gore presented in the award-winning film “An Inconvenient Truth” and “An Inconvenient Sequel”, adding climate information and initiatives specific to Boston.

This is a joint event with Columbia.

Space is limited to the first 30 people - register now to reserve your spot.
