Please join us in welcoming Stanford Professor Bruce Cain to Seattle for an exciting discussion titled "The Prospects for Collaboration in the American West"

Western states faces many common challenges such droughts, fires, floods, sea level rise and pollution. But can Western states act a region and if so what would that mean? How do we overcome vast differences in climate, topography, demography and politics? Professor Cain will assess some of the regional efforts in the past, and conjecture about possible paths for the future.

We'll have light fare, plus beer, wine, soft drinks, and coffee.
