Join us for a robust conversation on the impact of “fake news” on real news, the media and our democracy, with:
 
  • Bill Grueskin, ’77, Classics, former veteran Wall Street Journal reporter and editor, former Bloomberg news editor, former academic dean and current professor at Columbia Journalism School and adjunct professor at Stanford in New York;  and 
  • Tony Haile, former founding CEO of media startup Chartbeat, a real-time data science and analytics media company, adjunct professor at Columbia Journalism School, adjunct professor at Stanford in New York.  
Bill and Tony currently are teaching a class at Stanford in New York entitled “Disrupting the News:  How Technology is Transforming the Media”.
