To update your Alumni Directory profile, log in with your Stanford Pass account, click “Log in to LinkedIn,” and complete the login process. Don’t remember your Stanford Pass password? Contact us, or click “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
Don’t have a LinkedIn account or simply want to enter the sweepstakes? Email careerservices@alumni.stanford.edu and you will be entered.
Details: Enter the 2023 SAA Directory Update Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) any time before 11:59 p.m. PT, October 31, 2023. No purchase necessary to enter or win; only valid where legal.
Eligibility: Only Stanford alumni, students or certificate holders who have access to the Stanford Alumni Directory and who have a valid email address in My Account are eligible. Only one entry per eligible person.
Winner selection: Five winners will be selected at random on or before 11/2/23. The odds of winning depend on the number of total entries. Notice will be sent to the winner’s email on SAA’s record by 11/7/23. Winner list available on request after the drawing is complete.
Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) USD$50 gift card to the Stanford Alumni Fan Shop. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $50. Additional terms may apply to the gift card. See here for all details regarding use of the gift card. Stanford Alumni Association (“SAA”) is not responsible for any winner’s inability to utilize their prize. Additionally, at the sole discretion of SAA, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: (a) a potential winner’s failure to accept or utilize the prize as provided herein; or (b) any other non-compliance, as determined by SAA in its sole discretion, with the Official Rules.
Limitations of Liability: SAA is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection issues; for non-receipt of any entry regardless of the cause of it not being properly received by SAA. SAA is not responsible for illegible, late, lost or stolen entries; for incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or for any technical, printing or human errors which may occur in the receipt, non-receipt or processing of any entries. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by SAA, will be disqualified. If, in the judgment of SAA, the Promotion is compromised by causes beyond the control of SAA, which or may corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and proceed to select a potential winner in a manner it deems fair and reasonable. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of each prize recipient.
Warranties: SAA makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as regards to any prize or any component of any prize.
Publicity Rights: By accepting a prize, each prize recipient agrees to allow SAA the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos, videos and/or likeness, and statements that are provided by the prize recipient, in all media, to identify the recipient as the winner and participant in this sweepstakes.
Governing Law: Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
General: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide and to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of SAA, which shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. All entries become property of SAA and will not be returned. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States/District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
