Reunion Team Leaders

Each year the Stanford Alumni Association hosts a truly successful Reunion Homecoming Weekend. Over 8,000 alums and guests return to campus to participate in over 400 events that occur over the course of four days, every October. None of this would be possible, however, if we did not have help from Stanford students.

The Alumni Association hires students to work as Reunion Team Leaders during the weeks leading up to Reunion Homecoming Weekend and the weekend itself. It is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with the SAA staff, to network with alums, and to earn some extra cash!

Hiring Process

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Reunion Team Leader! Below are some important dates and information on how to apply.

October 17 - 20, 2013: Reunion Homecoming Weekend

April 30: Deadline to apply to be a Team Leader

May 6 â?? 17: Team Leader interviews, conducted by staff members of the Stanford Alumni Association. Interviews are typically 20 to 25 minutes.

May 23: Mandatory Team Leader training. Plan to be available from 5:30-6:30PM for dinner and orientation.
