In case of inclimate weather, event locations changes will be announced on Twitter, the alumni website, the reunion hotline (650) 723-1333, and with a printed update available at the Ford Center and Alumni Center.

Registration materials for Reunion Homecoming will be mailed to your preferred address on record in late July. Online registration will open in early August.

  • By Mail - Complete your registration form received by mail (or download the PDF below) and return by mail or fax
  • By Phone - Call (877) 517-1685 (toll-free) or (650) 723-1333 to speak to a friendly registration assistant

Online registration will close on October 9. Additionally, all registration forms and request for scholarships must be faxed or mailed in by this date. If you miss this deadline, please register on-site at Ford Center when you arrive on campus.

Thursday, October 23
10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Friday, October 24
7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 25
7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (or until football game start time)

Sunday, October 26
8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Please note Sunday registration is at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center)

Class Headquarters Tent Map (pdf)
This map shows the location for your Class Headquarters Tent, the primary location for your class lunch and tailgates/mini-reunions.

Shuttle and Golf Cart Pickup Map (pdf)
This map shows the location for shuttle routes around Campus Dr. and to Dinner on the Quad, the Roundtable, and Ford Center. Shuttles will run Thursday-Saturday every 10-15 minutes. It also identifies golf cart pickup stops, and general reunion parking lots, 50th+ reunion parking lots, and disability parking locations.

Parking
General: All Reunion Homecoming attendees may park in the following lots:
  • October 17, 18, 19 - 23, 24, 25 - Free parking located Eucalyptus Grove (Lot 10) and Lasuen Grove (Lot 9).
  • October 25 - Parking will be located on Museum Way between Palm Drive and Lasuen Street.
  • October 26 - Parking will be located in Galvez Field located at Campus Drive and Galvez Street.

50th+ Reunion attendees: Special parking is reserved for guests in the Class of 1964 or prior. You must display your 50th+ Reunion Parking Permit (link coming soon) for entry to the following lots:
  • October 23, 24 - Parking will be located in Galvez Field located at Campus Drive and Galvez Street.
  • October 25 - Parking will be located on Museum Way between Palm Drive and Lasuen Street.
  • October 26 - Parking will be located in Galvez Field located at Campus Drive and Galvez Street.

Disability Assistance:Disability parking spaces are located throughout campus and are reserved for vehicles displaying any state-issued disability placards or license plates. Vehicles with disability placards or plates may also park in any other marked spaces on campus, including permit and metered spaces. Consider the following locations:
  • October 23 - Disability parking is available on Memorial Way, directly across from Ford Center.
  • October 24 - Disability parking is available on Memorial Way (and also the Varsity Lot before the Roundtable event).
  • October 25 - Disability parking is available on Memorial Way.

Alternate Routes to Campus: Saturday traffic into campus is very congested, so you may want to try alternate routes into campus. Via I-280 exiting Alpine Rd., Sand Hill Rd., or Page Mill Road or via I-101 exiting Willow Road or Embarcadero/Oregon Expressway are all possible options.

Transportation
Shuttles
Free shuttles run Thursday-Saturday afternoon every 10-15 minutes. View the map for shuttle key and locations.

Golf Carts
A limited number of golf carts will transport guests with mobility impairments. If you find yourself in need of a lift, consult the map to find a golf cart stop near you. Call the number listed at the shuttle stop and a golf cart will be dispatched to your location.

Disability Assistance
For alumni who have requested accommodation for mobility and access challenges, door-to-door golf cart service is available to each event. Please inquire at the Information Desk in Ford Center upon arrival.

Bicycles
The Alumni Center has a limited number of bicycles available for alumni and their qualifying guests (16 years and older) to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Bikes must be returned each day at least 30 minutes before closing time

Athletic Events

Don't forget to buy your football tickets from Stanford Athletics using the promotional code "SAA" followed by your class year (e.g. SAA89).

Besides the football game, there are many athletic events happening during Reunion Homecoming. Please visit gostanford.com schedule page for a listing of sporting events you can attend while back on campus.

Athletic Facilities
Many campus athletic facilities are available for alums to use during Reunion Homecoming Weekend, including the golf driving range, pools, and athletic centers. Visit the PE and Recreation website for more information on facility hours and access.
